For all passenger and crew:The handler will prepare the CIQ documents for clearance in advance of your arrival. When you land, you will take the VIP shuttle to the FBO and finish clearance procedures there. On departure, passengers and crew will complete clearance at the FBO and then take the VIP shuttle to board your aircraft.
