Flight Operations to COP29 Baku – The 2024 UN Climate Change Conference (COP29) gets underway in Baku, Azerbaijan from November 11-22. COP stands for the Conference of the Parties; the annual meeting of the 197 countries that are part of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) set up to address global warming. The event will see government leaders and dignitaries from all over the globe descending on Azerbaijan's capital to negotiate and agree action on how to tackle climate change, limit emissions and halt global warming.
