E-visas remain suspended.All non-Russian nationals arriving in Russia must carry certified proof in Russian or English of a negative PCR test result issued no more than 72 hours before their arrival.Operators planning missions for international passengers to Russia should always confirm the passengers’ nationalities, passports, and the purpose of their visit.Russians departing Russia Operators and Russian passengers should be aware that they are only allowed to travel to certain countries without government approval.
