Visas for EU and non-EU passengers and crew: Unless you are traveling on a carrier that is a signatory carrier on the Visa Waiver Program, you need a visa to enter the US - regardless of your nationality. Visa should be obtained prior to arrival.If arriving on a signatory carrier as a part of the Visa Waiver Program, then passengers will need to complete an online notification called ESTA, which can be found and completed here.
