2019 NBAA-BACE Las Vegas: The NBAA Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) gets underway in the Las Vegas Convention Center from October 22-24, and will see stakeholders from all over the globe gather to do business. Operational Information

• Landing permit requirements: The size of the aircraft and how many stops it will make in the US will determine whether a TSA Waiver is required for the operation
• Slots are not required at any of the above airports
• CIQ may be done at the FBO with prior notification
• No ATC restrictions at the time of publishing
• Jet fuels are available at all airports
• There are no significant NOTAMs at time of publishing

Immigration

Visas for EU and non-EU passengers and crew: Unless you are traveling on a carrier that is a signatory carrier on the Visa Waiver Program, you need a visa to enter the US - regardless of your nationality. Visa should be obtained prior to arrival.If arriving on a signatory carrier as a part of the Visa Waiver Program, then passengers will need to complete an online notification called ESTA, which can be found and completed here.

Parking and Hangarage

• KLAS parking will fill up quickly
• KHND will be used for the static display at NBAA-BACE
• KVGT parking and hangar will be available on a first-come, first-served basis

In-Flight Catering

In-flight catering is available with prior arrangement. In many cases, catering can be arranged at the hotel and delivered to the aircraft before departure.

Ground Transportation

All major rental car companies are available and chauffeur services can be arranged by the local handler at each of the airports.
